The Telscombe Civic Centre is a flexible venue to suit all needs and a diverse range of events such as parties, wedding receptions, craft fairs, exhibitions/demonstrations, exercise classes, seminars, business meetings and funeral teas. The competitive hire charges are listed below.
The presitigious modern bright building situated within close proximity of the cliff top has a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for use by caterers or simply making tea and coffee for business meetings or training events.
The entire ground floor is available for hire at weekends at a special session rate and has doors accessing a small private patio area.
The top floor of the Civic Centre has a selection of small rooms ideal for meetings and training events.
The building is conveniently situated on the A259 South Coast Road on the route of the Brighton & Hove number 12 bus service. The Centre has its own small private cark park (12 spaces, plus an additional disabled space).
The building, which has the benefit of a hearing loop in the Council Chamber, is fully accessible with a lift, disabled toilet and external access ramp. (In line with current legislation, the Telscombe Civic Centre, patio area and car park are 'no smoking' areas.)
