Invitation to tender for Small Works Grounds Maintenance Contract 3

Telscombe Town Council is looking for a contractor to carry out small grounds maintenance works at various sites in Telscombe Cliffs and East Saltdean starting from 1st April 2027 for a 3 year period.     You can download the tender documents here and complete a PDF version by hand or a word copy on your computer.  Alternatively you can get a hard copy from the Council Office.

Councillors will evaluate proposals based on a comprehensive assessment of local capability, service quality, environmental impact and cost effectiveness.   Decisions made made take into account fluctuating local priorities and strategic alignment with the Council’s current financial year objectives.
