Consultation on the Peacehaven and Telscombe Neighbourhood Development Plan – Regulation 16
Peacehaven and Telscombe Parish Councils have prepared a Neighbourhood Development Plan for the parishes. The Plan sets out a vision for the future of the area and planning policies which will be used to determine planning applications locally. In accordance with Regulation 16 of the Neighbourhood Plan Regulations 2012 (as amended), the Peacehaven and Telscombe Neighbourhood Plan and associated documents will be subject to a minimum 6-week consultation from 18th January 2023 to 9th March 2023.
Inspecting the Plan
The Peacehaven and Telscombe Neighbourhood Plan and supporting documents are available to view on the Lewes District Council website and the consultation portal:

Making Representations
Representations on the Peacehaven and Telscombe Neighbourhood Plan can be submitted via the consultation portal: Peacehaven and Telscombe Neighbourhood Plan Regulation 16 Consultation via email: ldf@lewes.gov.uk or via post to Planning Policy, Southover House, Southover Road, Lewes, BN7 1AB until 17:00 on 9th March 2023.
Please be aware that all representations received by the authority will be made publicly available (in due course). These will be identified by name and where applicable, by organisation.
Notification
Any representation may include a request to be notified of the local planning authority’s decision under regulation 19 in relation to the neighbourhood development plan. Lewes District Council will process the information you provide in a manner that is compatible with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR).
