Our Memory Garden is situated at the northern end of Chatsworth Park. You can purchase a small plaque from us to be placed on one of the posts with your own wording, to remember a partner, child, friend or even a beloved pet. There is a small central mound where residents are encouraged to plant anything of their choice. There are a couple of benches to sit and reflect in this tranquil setting.
It is now also possible to purchase a memorial bench to be placed in Chatsworth Park. Further information and order forms can be found below:

The path with uneven steps off Kirby Drive also leads directly to the Memory Garden.
The path from Manor Drive also leads directly to the Memory Garden.
The path branches after the entrance via Chatsworth Park and the left hand path leads directly to the Memory Garden.
