Invitation to: Traffic-Free Paths Out of Lewes – Wednesday 18 June, 7pm

In June, Lewes Climate Hub is holding a transport season, with local experts and campaigners, exploring five bold ideas to improve congestion, pollution and mobility in and around the town.

The Climate Hub like to invite interested residents to the evening session, Traffic-Free Paths Out of Lewes on Wednesday 18 June at 7pm onwards when they will be exploring how to improve car-free routes from Lewes to/from outerlying parishes.

What the challenges or pinch points (such as busy road crossings) that dissuade residents from walking or cycling to/from Lewes? What demand is there for routes that could allow more residents to leave the car at home? How can Lewes and parishes work together to make this a viable ask for the incoming Mayoral Combined County Authority?
