Our Memory Garden is situated at the northern end of Chatsworth Park. You can purchase a small plaque from us to be placed on one of the posts with your own wording, to remember a partner, child, friend or even a beloved pet. There is a small central mound where residents are encouraged to plant anything of their choice. There are a couple of benches to sit and reflect in this tranquil setting.
It is now also possible to purchase a memorial bench to be placed in Chatsworth Park. Further information and order forms can be found below:

Chatsworth Park is a beautifully tranquil site which combines large open grassed spaces, lovely wooded areas, 2 children’s playgrounds and a memory garden. We ask that you help us to maintain this area by bagging and binning your dog’s poo and placing litter in the bins that are provided throughout the park.
There is a lovely cafe concession situated in the car park off Park Avenue who serve delicious cakes and savouries and hot/cold drinks on Wednesday to Sunday from 10am to 4pm, weather permitting. Why not go along and give them a try.
The pond is managed as a natural pond. It is monitored regularly but requires limited management. Only approved volunteers should access the pond. Residents should not add anything to the pond like animals, plants or additional water as it will interrupt the natural processes. If you want to discuss the pond please contact the Town Council. Thank you for your co-operation.
Horse riders are only permitted to use the bridleway running between Park Avenue and Ambleside Avenue. Horses are not permitted to ride on any other part of Chatsworth Park.
