HRH The Duchess of Kent

We were saddened to learn of the passing of HRH The Duchess of Kent and extend our deepest condolences to the Royal Family and thanks for her lifetime of service.

As a mark of respect the Union flag at the Civic Centre will be flown at half mast today.
