Our Memory Garden is situated at the top end of Chatsworth Park. You can purchase a small plaque from us to be placed on one of the posts with your own wording, to remember a partner, child, friend or even a beloved pet. There is a small central mound where residents are encouraged to plant anything of their choice. There are a couple of benches to sit and reflect in this tranquil setting.
