Opportunity for Experienced Contractor to Undertake Monthly Gate & Fence Inspections at Telscombe Tye

Are you a reliable and skilled contractor with an eye for detail? We’re looking for someone to undertake regular inspections and minor repairs of gates and fences on Telscombe Tye, a valued open space enjoyed by the community.

What’s involved:
• Monthly inspections of all gates and fences on the Tye
• Minor repairs as needed during each visit (i.e., fixing back a loose handle/lock)
• Submission of a short monthly report detailing the condition and work carried out (template provided)
• Signing of a Service Level Agreement outlining the scope of work and performance expectations
• Payment of £80 per visit/report

What you’ll need:
• Your own tools and transport
• Valid public liability insurance
• A practical, problem-solving approach

This role offers consistent, flexible work each month and the opportunity to play a key role in keeping a well-used public area safe and accessible.
