Rowe Avenue and Meridian EGM and Inauguration of HavensHealth PPG

Rowe Avenue Surgery and the Meridian Surgery in Peacehaven have now formally “merged” to become one surgery, now known as “HavensHealth”.

Due to this merger, they can no longer operate separate Patient Participation Groups (PPGs) and will now have to arrange to formally dissolve both Rowe Avenue and Meridian PPGs, and to create a new “HavensHealth PPG”.

In order to do this, they have arranged an “Extraordinary General Meeting” (EGM) which will be held on:

Friday 16 October 2020 at 6.00pm

This will be held on either the Microsoft Teams platform or on the “Zoom” Platform. All patients or carers of patients who are aged over 18 are welcome to attend.
