Invitation to tender for grounds maintenance

Telscombe Town Council is inviting tenders from experienced and reliable contractors for the delivery of grounds maintenance services across our valued network of public parks and children’s playgrounds.

This contract presents an exciting opportunity to help shape and maintain the green heart of our community, ensuring our outdoor spaces remain clean, safe, and welcoming for residents and visitors alike.

We’re looking for a contractor who:

• Takes pride in high-quality grounds care and horticultural standards
• Understands the importance of safe, accessible spaces for families and young children
• Can demonstrate experience with similar public realm or local authority contracts
• Has a proactive, responsive, and environmentally conscious approach to maintenance

The scope of services includes grass cutting & vegetation cut back, pathway clearance and litter picking

Contract Length: 18 months.    Commencement Date: September 2025
